2oz roast ham
Tomato, cucumber and onion
2 teaspoons of extra light mayo
Water
Fruit split pot yogurt
Breakfast
1oz coco pops
Semi skimmed milk
Apricot weight watchers yogurt
Banana (which I didn’t eat because I was too full - brought to work for later)
Cup of tea.
This was my tea last night.

3oz roast ham
2 tea spoons extra light salad cream
Onion and cherry tomatoes.
Strawberries, melon, grapes and blackberries.
Glass of water.
I only woke up at lunch today so when I woke up I had 2 crumpets with 4 teaspoons of flora light.
