2 teaspoons sugar free strawberry jam. 

Cut up in to 4 helps as kidology makes you think you’ve had more.

This was my tea last night.

2 tea spoons extra light salad cream 
Onion and cherry tomatoes. 

Strawberries, melon, grapes and blackberries. 

Glass of water. 

I only woke up at lunch today so when I woke up I had 2 crumpets with 4 teaspoons of flora light.

This was my tea last night.
